Great first visit! I met up with a friend who was telling me about iCRYO. I had never done anything like this before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Tried the compression therapy, infrared sauna, and whole body cryotherapy. Perfect, stress-free experience. I was surprised by the lift I felt after one visit. Looking forward to doing this again and exploring other services.

People were very nice. Very knowledgeable and answered questions without hesitation. I highly recommend it.

I did a $59 special & tried the red light therapy (relaxing), compression therapy for my legs (helped my swollen ankles & tired legs), & had an eval on a machine (that looks like a standing scale ) that gave me good input about my: body mass( percentage of skeletal muscle, fat %, etc.). I am considering moving to the Charlotte area. If I do I will become a member as they offer so many health related therapies.

The nurse was very professional always making sure I was ok, got me a blanket because the place was cool, offered me water . I will definitely recommend this place

I love iCRYO. I signed up for an elite membership as soon as I walked in. During my visit I used the infrared sauna, red light therapy, the cryo chamber, and also did their compression therapy on my arms hips and legs. I look forward to utilizing all that is available to me at iCRYO at least four times a week. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Thanks for an enjoyable first visit.

We first went to ICRYO for the IV. We enjoyed the service so much, we tried out the other lifestyle services they offer. Within a week, we were there 3 times! We feel like pros now in the cryo chamber! We joined the monthly membership and are really happy with the level of service. The app makes it really easy to make appointments and check in! Highly recommend trying it out!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I received the IV hydration therapy after a nasty stomach bug. The nurse was wonderful! When dehydrated, my veins are hard to find, she got it first try with no discomfort or “digging” around. I felt a million times better after the booster!

Originally I was not a believer that cryo or red light therapy would help me with my constant knee and ankle pain but my wife insisted I try and I definitely wish I would have done this sooner . After 3-4 treatments my pain was completely gone

Excellent care

First time visiting and was open to the idea of all their services after getting a gift card for Christmas. The staff was great, helpful, and informative, and the place was very clean.

As a very active individual I initially went in to check/confirm my body scan data but also with muscle tightness so I opted to do the infrared sauna and cryo chamber together.

I’ve done ice baths and traditional saunas in the past but wow was it a different experience! The infrared sauna was more relaxing and therapeutic but where iCryo really shines is their cryo chamber. You fight the first 30 seconds or so but once you get past that initial shock it becomes an amazing experience and I absolutely recommend it for everyone! Best part, it completely loosened those tight muscles up and I’ll be using them in my recovery sessions more often.

Very clean facility and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I had to move my appt up a few hours and they got me in with no issues.

Update (As of 08/09/25) Embarassed to say I was that person quick to complain, but slow to update on the progress. Within a week of my original review, I spoke to Kendra, one of the managers, and she and the other manager, Justin, apologized and were very proactive in resolving my issue. Before then and since, I have had great experiences at this location. All of the monthly services are great and definitely help me stay on target to maintain my wellness goals. My plan for 2026 is to start exploring more of what they have to offer. I also think of all the places that offer similar services, they are the most reasonable. Thanks again Kendra and Justin for your professionalism and assistance.

Original (3 months ago)I've been coming to Blakeney location for probably close to a year now and although I've had some "not so good" interactions, it wasn't enough for me to cancel my membership. The recent treatment of my guest, however has me rethinking the membership. Hopefully, the owner will see this and provide me with their contact information so that I can provide them with more detail before I put in in a review and to rectify the situation soon.

Wow!! I walked in with pain and left feeling about 100% better! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have already referred them to several of my friends and my family!

Tried the cryotherapy , it was very helpful in my recovery. I did a hard workout this week my muscles were sore, but after the cryo I had no soreness. Slept like a baby, felt great!

I went in to try Cryotherapy for the first time. It was an amazing experience! They provide you with everything you need to go into the chamber (including a cute robe with their logo on it perfect for mirror selfies). It’s a quick 3.5 minute session and you get to pick a song to listen to while they freeze you! I loved it so much I decided to try the red light therapy that day. It was a quick 15 minute session in this red light bed. When I tell you I was glowing all day after getting out of this spa, I was literally getting stopped by strangers to tell me how good I looked! Needless to say I will be returning!

I came into iCryo desperate for relief from my neuropathy. Marissa and her team were nothing short of patient and amazing with me at making me feel comfortable, finding settings that worked for me, all the while being so incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much and have seen great improvement in my pain in a month and a half!
